Li Ju, the Olympic Champion of Ping Pong ,is getting married tonight in Nantong Hotel. The “tomboy” in the women Ping Pong sports, stepped into the wedding hall and appears enchanting and beautiful in the wedding dressing with the bridegroom Mr Liu.
Li Ju, 38 years old, started to practice Ping Pong at the age of seven. In 1986, she joined in the National Junior Team, in 1990 joined in the Provincial Team, in 1991 joined the National Youth Team, joined in National Team. She retired in 2000 and came back in 2003. In 2000, Li Ju, with her partner Wang Nan, won the women’s doubles final and the women's singles champion in the Sydney Olympic Games.
When she retired, she engaged in sports industry and real estate industry. She found a sports center in Zhejiang named after her name.
Li Ju’s coach and teammates- Lu Yuansheng, Ding Song, Wang Hui,Niu Jianfeng, Zhang Yingying and famous badminton players -Gong Ruina, Ye Zhaoyin comes with greetings to Li Ju couple.
